A rice bowl made of red clay and deep blue glaze

This coarse red clay allows you to enjoy the rough texture and warmth that is unique to ceramic clay. A new, rich light blue glaze with subtle nuances I created a rice bowl that combines these two elements. This is a wide rice bowl with a wide mouth. The diameter is about 13.5 cm, making it a size that can be used by both men and women. It is also deep enough to hold moist rice dishes such as rice with raw egg on top and rice porridge. The light blue color goes well with white and yellow, and is recommended for white rice, multigrain rice, chestnut rice, and sweet potato rice. I use a small electric kiln and an electric potter's wheel at home to make my pottery, and all processes, from kneading the clay to shaping, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing, are done by hand. It is a little heavy to hold, but that makes it feel like pottery. Although we cannot mass-produce them, each one has its own unique character and you can enjoy the flavor that comes from being made by hand. Using various glazes and clays, I create a wide variety of pottery in different colors and shapes, searching for the best combinations.
