* Finished products cannot be taken home on the day of the class. The studio will cut, cure (6-8 weeks), test, and package your soap before notifying you for pickup or shipping! (If shipping is required, please pay the shipping fee of $100 NTD on the day of the class).

? Essential oil types and materials are subject to availability on-site.
? Classes will be held with a minimum of 1 participant and a maximum of 4. If the minimum enrollment of 1 participant is not met three days before the scheduled class date, Qing Handmade Soap reserves the right to cancel the class and offer you a rescheduling or a refund.
? As we need 3 days to prepare materials before the event, cancellations within 3 days prior to the event are not eligible for refunds.
? If you need to reschedule the class, please inform us at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, a material preparation fee of $300 NTD will be charged.
? The class is for registered participants only. Non-registered individuals are not permitted to accompany or participate.
? Entry is permitted 15 minutes before the class. To ensure a smooth experience, please be punctual.
? Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violation will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
? In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
? If participation is discontinued due to reasons not attributable to Qing Handmade Soap, no refund will be issued.
? In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund. In case of typhoons, the class cancellation and refund standards will be based on the announcements of the class location, regardless of the participant's location.
? The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on Qing Handmade Soap's social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make arrangements accordingly.
