3. If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system.
30% of the fare will be charged for all expenses incurred. Because it must be done before the event
Ten days are required to prepare materials. No refunds will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please inform us ten days before the originally scheduled event.
The registration can be postponed and changed once, and no refunds will be accepted.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
9. During the epidemic prevention period, small class teaching is adopted. If the class is full of 1-4 people, the class can start with only one person.
