1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired inscription in the "Message to Designer" field once your engraving details are confirmed.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after order payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with VAT number, please provide your company's name and VAT number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
