*Finished products cannot be taken home on the day of the class. The studio will cut, cure (4-6 weeks), test, and wrap your soap before notifying you for pickup or shipment. (For shipments, please pay the $100 shipping fee on the day of the class.)

? Essential oil types and materials are subject to availability on the day.
? Each class requires a minimum of one participant to run. Classes are capped at 4 participants. If the minimum enrollment of 1 person is not met three days before the scheduled activity, Qing Handmade Soap reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify you to reschedule or receive a refund.
? As we need 3 days to prepare materials before the event, cancellations made within 3 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
? If you need to reschedule your class, please inform us at least 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will incur a $300 material preparation fee.
? Participation is limited to registered attendees only. Unregistered individuals are not permitted to accompany or participate.
? Entry is permitted 15 minutes before the start time. To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please be punctual.
? Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Participants will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance.
? In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or refund.
? If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to Qing Handmade Soap, no refund will be issued.
? In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class cancellation and refund standards will be based on the official announcements of the class location, regardless of the participant's location.
? The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on Qing Handmade Soap's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member on the day of the event, and we will make special arrangements.
