Under the theme "Artistry Creates Future," the Taoyuan Museum of Fine Arts' "International Forum on Children's Art Education in Museums" explored the core question: "As a social institution for art education, how can museums promote the learning of 'art' and create a 'future' for children?" Professor Li Ching-Fang, holding a Master's degree in Art Education from the Graduate Institute of Fine Arts, National Changhua University of Education, served as the guest curator. The forum also welcomed 21 scholars from Singapore, South Korea, Japan, the United States, and Taiwan. Through two keynote speeches, nine thematic presentations, and one plenary session and one special session each, participants engaged in discussions and dialogues bridging theory and practice.
