We will wrap it with a red leather tag and a paper bag tied with a "FOR YOU" ribbon. ◾️ Color Transfer This is natural leather that does not use color-fixing chemicals. Please be especially careful of color transfer when you first start using it. Please avoid contact with white clothing initially. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks that the animal had during its life are left on both sides as they are. Because it is natural leather made to look like leather intentionally, each piece has its own expression, making it a one-of-a-kind item. ◾️ Color Variation Leather finished only with dyes without using pigments is difficult to color-adjust, so color variation inevitably occurs. There are variations even within the same color of leather. This results in a leather-like atmosphere unique to natural leather because of the dye finish. ◾️ Texture and Grain Variation "Shibo" refers to the wrinkle patterns on the surface of the leather. Even within a single sheet of leather, the patterns vary by location. These differences are part of the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Proof of Italian Leather: Numbers Indicating Leather Size The numbers on the back are proof of Italian leather. Each sheet of leather is printed with one number indicating its size. The characters have an atmospheric quality and are often on high-quality parts, so we use them as is. They may rarely appear on the product. Personally, I like products with these numbers. ◾️ Water Stains The leather absorbs water, which may cause stains. If it gets wet, wiping it off as soon as possible can prevent stains. Applying Renapur Leather Treatment can provide a water-repellent effect. ◾️ "Tiger" Stripes (Tra) These are streak-like patterns or wrinkles in parts where there was significant movement. It is one of the special expressions found in natural leather and is not a crack or flaw. ◾️ Luxurious All-Leather Construction Without Lining General leather products often use linings that deteriorate over time, becoming sticky or crumbling. To ensure longevity, we do not use a lining, instead relying on the thickness and strength of the solid leather itself. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN shows a glossier and deeper aging process with oil maintenance. Please apply oil to the item about once every 3 months to half a year. We recommend Renapur, available in our store. Since small leather goods are touched often, they will change to a glossy color naturally even without treatment. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. We will replace products damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was sent, with shipping costs covered by us. ◾️ Delivery Time Because every product is made to order: Small items take 2-3 weeks; bags take 3-4 weeks.
