Revisions and Adjustments: The finished product includes one free adjustment, limited to outlining or correcting production errors. If you wish to change the content mid-process, material and labor fees may apply depending on the situation. 2. Subjective Differences: Once ordered, refund or return requests based on personal aesthetic preferences, such as "different from imagination" or "different proportions," will not be accepted. Please refer to the existing style in our shop; handmade products cannot achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales and Order Abandonment: This is a custom-made product and is not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period. Failure to pick up your order without valid reason will be treated as malicious abandonment and subject to relevant civil liability. 4. Sharing of Work: Photos of the finished product may be shared on our platform (personal information will be hidden). Please notify us in advance if you do not wish for your item to be shown; otherwise, it will be considered as consent. 5. Returns: Custom-made items fall under the "Exceptional Product Category" and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period under consumer protection laws, and thus cannot be returned or exchanged. 6. Color Variance: Slight differences between product photos and the physical item are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record a video while unboxing your package to protect your rights. Please report any issues within 1 day of receipt; reports made after this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Art paper. 10. Size Variance: As products are handmade and manually measured, a variance of 0-2 cm is considered normal. 11. Receipts: Please notify us in advance if you require a receipt. Our shop is exempt from issuing uniform invoices; if a replacement is needed later, it can only be sent via registered mail.
