Cancellation method
* If canceled with notice 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a full refund will be issued.
* If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a handling fee of 50% will be charged.
* No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date) to the same day, and no refund will be given.
* If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
* If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Kun Crystal will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
* The above time is based on the time when consumers contact us through each platform to indicate their intention to cancel.
* Cancellation fee will be rounded to the nearest dollar (NTD).

Change method
* The date can be changed once 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
* Rescheduling is limited to the same activity plan with the same price, and can only be changed to an open bookable period on the calendar. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted for rescheduled events.
* Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day.
* If you want to change the number of people, you must contact the workshop at least 4 days before the departure date.
* The above time is subject to the time when consumers apply for order changes through various contact platforms of Kun Crystal.

▲ How to sign up for trial courses?
Courses are by appointment only, please contact us via private message before registering.

▲ How long will the trial course last?
A class lasts 20-30 minutes, and one piece of work can be completed. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance!

▲ Can you experience it with friends?
The course only takes one-to-one turns in production, and companions can watch in the air-conditioned auditorium of the studio and assist in filming the production process!
(Example: if 2 people each make one piece, the experience will take about 1 hour in total)

▲ Can children also blow glass?
There will be teachers to assist you throughout the process.
Glass works can be made by children aged 6 years and above.
Children aged 6-10 years old must be accompanied by their parents.
(Those under 120 cm tall cannot make container products)

▲What styles can be made?
For styles, please refer to the course chart, or go to "Kun Crystal＠Eslite Life Songyan Store" FB fan page album "Please select experience works" to view more actual photos.
Limited styles are updated from time to time, mainly based on the styles provided on site.

▲ Want to temporarily change the experience style?
On the day of the experience, if there is a style or effect you prefer on site, you can "pay the price difference" to experience it!
Since refunds cannot be made due to cash flow factors, in order to avoid related disputes,
It is recommended that when placing an order, you first select the base price of the shape (transparent, no effect $1000).

▲Is it dangerous to make glass? Can I apply if I have no experience?
Glass blowing pays attention to technology and safety!
Please wear shoes with good coverage (please avoid slippers and sandals)
The teacher will explain the course in a professional manner and provide aprons, gloves, sleeves, and goggles.
Even those without blowing experience can experience it with confidence!

▲ Will the production environment be very hot?
Glass must be blown at temperatures above 1,000 degrees Celsius and heated continuously at high temperatures to shape it.
Kun Crystal Workshop is also equipped with an air-conditioning system. Within the maximum cooling range,
Reduce the ambient temperature as much as possible to provide a more comfortable production environment for experiencers!
(Winter is warm and summer can feel a little stuffy. It is recommended to bring your own water bottle to refill water!)

▲ Can you take photos and videos during production?
The production process is open for recording, and accompanying friends and family can help take photos!

▲ How can I collect the works?
(The works need to cool down for one day, and the works can be collected after noon the next day)
1. Self-pickup:
You can pick it up at the counter after 12:00p.m. the next day after production is completed.
2. Home delivery in Taiwan:
An additional shipping fee ranging from NT.130 to NT.300 will be charged depending on the number of pieces.
3. International Express EMS:
It depends on the delivery country and material volume. Please contact the counter service staff for shipping costs.
