Cancellation Policy * Cancellations made 7 days or more before the departure date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a full refund. * Cancellations made between 6 days and 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date) will incur a 50% service fee. * Cancellations made within 3 days before the departure date or on the same day are not accepted and will not be refunded. * If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer during the activity, no refund will be provided. * In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Kun’s Crystal will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund. * The aforementioned times are based on the time the consumer notifies us of their cancellation through various platforms. * Cancellation service fees are calculated to the nearest New Taiwan Dollar (rounded up or down). Rescheduling Policy * Rescheduling is permitted once, up to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). * Rescheduling is only applicable to the same activity package at the same price, and can only be rescheduled to available slots on the calendar. Once rescheduled, the activity is non-refundable. * Rescheduling is not accepted within 3 days before the departure date or on the same day. * To change the number of participants, please inquire with our studio at least 4 days before the departure date. * The aforementioned times are based on the time the consumer applies for order changes through Kun’s Crystal's contact platforms. Kun’s Crystal Glass Studio reserves the final right of interpretation. Glassblowing - Experience FAQs ▲ How do I sign up for the experience course? The course is by appointment only. Please contact us via private message before booking. ▲ How long does the experience course last? Each session is 20-30 minutes and allows for the creation of one piece. Please arrive 10 minutes early! ▲ Can I experience it with friends? The course is conducted one-on-one in rotation. Companions can watch from the air-conditioned spectator area and assist with filming the creation process! (Example: If 2 people each create one piece, the total experience time will be about 1 hour.) ▲ Can children blow glass? An instructor will assist throughout the process. Children aged 6 and above can create glass pieces. Children aged 6-10 must be accompanied by a parent. (Children under 120 cm in height cannot create container-type products.) ▲ What styles can I create? Refer to the course chart or browse more actual photos in the "Experience Works Selection" album on the "Kun’s Crystal @ Eslite Spectrum Songshan Store" FB fan page. Limited edition styles are updated irregularly and are subject to availability on-site. ▲ Can I change the creation style on the day of the experience? On the day of the experience, if you find a style or effect you prefer on-site, you can upgrade by paying the difference! As refunds are not possible due to payment processing, to avoid disputes, we recommend selecting the base price for the shape when ordering (clear, no effect $1000). ▲ Is glassblowing dangerous? Can I join without experience? Glassblowing emphasizes technique and safety! Please wear closed-toe shoes (slippers and sandals are not permitted). The instructor will provide professional explanations and offer aprons, gloves, sleeves, and goggles. You can safely experience it even without prior glassblowing experience! ▲ Is the creation environment hot? Glass must be blown at temperatures above a thousand degrees Celsius and continuously heated to shape. Kun’s Crystal studio is also equipped with an air conditioning system to minimize the ambient temperature within its cooling capacity, providing a more comfortable environment for participants! (It's warm in winter and can feel a bit stuffy in summer. We recommend bringing your own water bottle to stay hydrated!) ▲ Can I take photos and videos during the creation process? Photography and videography are permitted during the creation process. Friends and family accompanying you can help take pictures! ▲ How can I collect my finished piece? (All pieces require one day to cool down and can be collected after noon the following day.) 1. Self-pickup: After 12:00 p.m. the day after completion, you can pick up your piece at the counter. 2. Delivery within Taiwan: An additional shipping fee of NT.130 - NT.300 will be charged based on the number of items. 3. International Express EMS: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and package size. Please inquire at the counter for details.
