・Location: 5F, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Handcraft Studio)
・Transportation: MRT Red Line "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Louis Electric Company Kaohsiung Plant" across the street. The entrance to the handcraft studio is next to it, at "睦MARS創客太空站." Walk straight to the end inside, take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be mailed. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Orders not checked out will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are based on the following:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. If you do not specify a session, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have already been prepared by the handcraft instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany participants unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please call the studio in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft studio. This workshop includes self-serve complimentary black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
