Also known as royal jelly, it is a milky white, viscous substance secreted by the hypopharyngeal and mandibular glands of young worker bees. It primarily serves as food for bee larvae and the queen bee. Royal jelly, the sole food source for the queen throughout her life, provides the nutrition needed for her to lay 2,000 eggs daily.
Royal jelly is primarily composed of various nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, and lipids. It also contains a diverse range of vitamins, organic acids, and hormone-like substances with biological activity.
【How to Consume】
It is advisable to consume approximately 5-10g per serving. For general health maintenance, one serving per day can be taken, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime. For therapeutic purposes, 2-4 servings per day can be consumed, also on an empty stomach and before bedtime. If you find the slightly pungent taste of royal jelly uncomfortable, it can be diluted with honey, fruit juice, yogurt, or lukewarm water.
【Precautions】
1. Do not use an iron spoon to consume royal jelly.
2. Do not mix with hot water.
