Also known as royal jelly, it is a milky white, viscous substance secreted by the hypopharyngeal and mandibular glands of young worker bees, primarily serving as food for bee larvae and the queen bee. The royal jelly, which the queen bee consumes exclusively throughout her life, provides the necessary nutrients for her to lay 2,000 eggs daily.
Royal jelly is primarily composed of carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, and lipids, along with a variety of vitamins, organic acids, and hormone-like substances that possess biological activity.
[How to Consume]
It is recommended to consume approximately 5-10g per serving. For general wellness, take once a day, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime. For therapeutic purposes, take 2-4 times a day, on an empty stomach and before bedtime. If you find the sharp taste of royal jelly unappealing, it can be diluted with honey, fruit juice, yogurt, or lukewarm water.
[Precautions]
1. Do not use iron spoons to consume royal jelly.
2. Avoid mixing with hot water.
