【Beef Tendon】Selected from the foreleg, this beef tendon is rich in collagen and requires time-consuming simmering. After cooking, it becomes tender, chewy, and exceptionally flavorful.
【Beef Tripe】Also known as honeycomb tripe, it contains protein and various minerals. When cooked thoroughly, it offers a firm yet slightly chewy texture.
【Beef Shank】In addition to the collagen-rich and chewy beef tendon and tripe, there's the firm and textured beef shank. Low in fat and high in quality protein, it adds further depth to the overall experience.
【Braised Sauce】Crafted with over 20 aromatic spices including Sichuan peppercorns, amomum, fennel, and cardamom. **Captivating Hua Diao, Distinctly Fragrant**
Hua Diao wine is added in the final step to the "Hua Diao Beef Trio Zongzi." This is a type of yellow wine, considered one of the world's three great ancient wines, and is a superior grade of Shaoxing wine. Made from rice, wheat, and specially selected yeasts, it's brewed using a refined traditional method, aged in earthenware jars. Its color is a deep amber, with a unique flavor, rich aroma, and mellow body, representing the pinnacle of yellow wines. It not only melds the ingredients and enhances their taste but also acts as a final flourish, making the overall flavor more vibrant and outstanding.

After numerous adjustments, Thomast Meats has carefully selected two types of bamboo leaves to wrap the firm and boil-resistant long-grain glutinous rice. This complements the layers of rice aroma, meat fragrance, and Hua Diao wine notes. ▼Thawing Method
Please naturally thaw the zongzi to be eaten in the refrigerator (requires approximately 10-12 hours of refrigeration).
* If not consumed immediately after thawing, please refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
▼Cooking Instructions
Thaw the zongzi in the refrigerator. Remove the outer packaging and place the zongzi in a rice cooker (on a steaming rack with a ceramic plate). Add 1 rice cup of water for a refrigerated zongzi (1.5 cups for a frozen zongzi). Once the rice cooker finishes, it is ready to eat.
* Heating conditions may vary by appliance brand. Adjust heating time and water amount based on the actual number of zongzi being steamed.
