As our fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving imperfections," which may appear as slight "frays," can occur. While these are unavoidable with the use of vintage machinery, we diligently inspect every piece at our factory and take care to avoid these areas during cutting. If found, we place them in less conspicuous locations. However, due to the nature of the machinery, complete elimination is not possible.
