🪞 Stationery Lover's Scraps 🪞
Have you ever been in the zone, only to find yourself without a suitable small piece of paper? This often happens at crafting gatherings. Sometimes, it's an inexplicable urge to create, but after tearing through an entire notebook, you still haven't found that perfect little scrap. While I usually keep a few small boxes of these scraps handy, I sometimes find myself sifting through them all without finding the right piece!
Searching high and low, only to find it when you least expect it...
Why not create your own "beacon of light" specifically for stationery lovers?
I experimented with no less than 10 types of plain paper, selecting thick, art-grade paper. That's why they have such a lovely dimension, right? It's almost like real paper collage.
The charm of different white materials colliding—white paper x white paper—is always irresistible. During the process, I also tore dozens of sheets, each small scrap meticulously hand-torn (was I the cause of all this chaos?). Only in the end did I achieve the current result.
Of course, plain white paper alone might not be the most practical. To truly fulfill the original intention of creating a "beacon of light," I've added classic elements like old book pages, handmade paper, and sheet music. I've also applied a simple preliminary collage and incorporated some useful text. Owning a roll that rivals a small stack of collected materials is definitely #BeginnerFriendly #GatheringFriendly #JournalingFriendly la~
