【Course Cancellation】
・If you need to make changes, please inform us at least 3 days before the class starts for a full refund.
・Cancellations made within 3 days before the class starts will be refunded at 70% of the fee. Thank you for your understanding.
【Course Rescheduling / Name Transfer】
・You may request to reschedule or transfer your spot once, up to 3 days before the class starts.
・Once rescheduled or transferred, cancellations or refunds will no longer be possible.
【No-Shows】
・If you are absent on the day of the class without prior notification via Pinkoi messages, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
【Special Circumstances】
・In case of natural disasters or force majeure events, "Handmade Journey" will proactively notify you of postponement or refunds to ensure everyone's rights are protected.
