Workshop Description

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon full enrollment. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
・For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted due to material and venue arrangements already being completed. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this activity.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please contact the studio in advance for such inquiries.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Your likeness may be used in event records or for other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
