・If you register one day before or on the day of the class, please be sure to contact us to check whether the class is available before registering.
・After placing an order and checking out, the purchase details will serve as proof of registration completion. No paper ticket purchase proof will be sent to you. You can report directly to the venue when the session time comes. No additional text messages or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Those who fail to check out after placing an order will be deemed as unsuccessful registration. Once the class is full, the enrollment will be stopped immediately. Those who fail to check out after placing an order will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment is completed, you can visit our fan page 3 days in advance or call us at (02) 2371-4171. The rules are as follows:
. According to the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Council, the refund is based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Clause 4 of the Tutoring and Continuing Education Act and Article 33 of the Short-term Tutoring Class Management Rules.
A. For those who apply for a refund sixty days before the start of the course, the refund will be 95% of the total amount of fees actually paid.
B. For those who apply for a refund between the 59th and 8th day before the course starts, the refund will be 90% of the agreed total amount of fees actually paid.
C. If a student applies for a refund between the seventh day and the first day before the course starts, the refund will be 80% of the agreed total amount of fees actually paid.
. The session will be postponed within 2 months after the restriction, and you must actively inform us of the session. If you are not informed, it will be deemed as a waiver. If you cannot cooperate with the postponement time, please be sure to choose a refund.
. For the same-day course, since the hand-made teacher's materials and venue location have been prepared, no refunds or postponements will be accepted on the day of class. Those who fail to show up will be deemed to have waived their rights.
. In order to protect the rights of other students, those who are 15 minutes late for the scheduled time on the day will be deemed to have forfeited the right to attend the class.
. Please contact us for refunds and provide your bank account number and name. We will refund all fees in cash.
・Only persons aged 10 or above can register for this activity.
・Only ticket holders can participate. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany them to enter or participate together, unless the child cannot complete the activity independently and needs the assistance of a parent, or there are special circumstances that require parents and children to participate together. You can call the store to inquire in advance!
・If the number of registrants for a session does not reach 6 people two days before the event starts, XiaDuSuiZuo has the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the event session or give you a full refund.
・Please enter the event on time. In order for the experience event to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
・Since food and drinks are not allowed in the craft class, this course includes free-flowing black or green tea.
・Participants must abide by the venue rules and follow the on-site instructor’s instructions.
・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, XiaDuSuiZuo will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.
・The organizer will take side shots of the experience activity as needed and upload them to the After get off work Casual Crafts community after the activity. In the future, the organizer may use photos and videos containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
