Discovering a strand of exquisite aquamarine beads,
we carefully selected and sorted them by shade to create these earrings.
While aquamarine is typically known for its pale blue hue,
those with a deeper blue are referred to as Santa Maria aquamarine.
Originally, aquamarine mined from the Santa Maria mine in Brazil
was called "Santa Maria aquamarine." However, as the mine became depleted,
the term now refers to aquamarine with a deep blue color.
These beads, both light and deep blue, were sourced from the same mine.
The lighter beads possess a remarkable and beautiful transparency.
Aquamarine with this level of clarity, in a larger button cut,
is a rare find these days. The facets on the sides are also finely and meticulously crafted.

The subtle inclusion of deep blue adds a sharp, spicy accent,
reducing the sweetness and elevating the overall look to a more mature and refined aesthetic.
The small, teardrop-shaped 14kgf frame is about the size of your index finger.
It offers a pleasing volume for everyday wear.
