Earrings with Kintsugi gold lines on hand-painted ceramic freesia ໒꒱·̩͙
Using yellow and orange, we've depicted freesia, the birth flower of February, known for its bright and heartwarming floral form and its refreshing, sweet-tart fragrance ❁⃘*.゚
Flower language: "Affection," "Friendship," "Gratitude"
A transparent glaze is applied to the surface, giving it a beautiful sheen ✩.* ̊
The Kintsugi gold lines are designed to flow across the sides and surface, creating a striking presence.
Please enjoy the texture of the ceramic and the warmth of the hand-painted design.*・゚ .゚・*.
Many people associate ceramics with being heavy, but these are incredibly lightweight, weighing approximately 1g per earring (excluding the hardware), making them comfortable to wear.
The stress-free wearability is a delightful feature.
Furthermore, each piece is carefully sanded by hand, ensuring a smooth and pleasant touch against the skin.
As each piece is unique, it makes a perfect treat for yourself, for those who desire something truly one-of-a-kind, or as a special gift for someone dear.
With a timeless design and subdued colors, these are suitable for all ages.
- From spring to early summer, they are perfect for everyday wear, complementing T-shirts, blouses, shirts, jackets, dresses, cardigans, and knits, as well as both pants and skirt styles...♪*゚
- Their modern Japanese aesthetic also pairs beautifully with traditional Japanese attire for occasions like baby's first meal ceremonies, Coming-of-Age ceremonies, pre-wedding photoshoots, weddings, Shichi-Go-San festivals, and New Year's shrine visits.
- They also make wonderful presents and gifts for birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, job promotions, Coming-of-Age celebrations, and baby showers.
- Their small size makes them ideal for the office or work settings.
* Kintsugi (金継ぎ), also known as Kintsukuroi (金繕い), is a traditional Japanese repair technique for pottery and ceramics that uses lacquer and gold powder to mend broken or chipped pieces. For this creation, a simplified Kintsugi method is employed, using a modern, hypoallergenic lacquer (shin-urushi) and brass powder instead of traditional urushi lacquer, along with UV resin for reinforcement.

〈About the artwork〉
* The hardware and the base of the Kintsugi are reinforced with UV resin. Please understand that there may be slight resin overflow.
* Depending on the artwork (e.g., translucent items like sea glass or natural stones), the hardware may be changed to silver. The material will remain the same, so please do not worry.
* Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique that revives broken or chipped ceramics by mending them with lacquer and gold powder, making them even more beautiful.
* Instead of traditional urushi lacquer, we use shin-urushi (modern lacquer), which is less likely to cause allergic reactions, along with gold powder (brass powder).
* Since natural stones are natural, they may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips. Please understand that these are natural characteristics.
* Please understand that variations in glaze are characteristic of handmade items.
In particular, the sides of Mino ware tiles often show glaze variations.
* As individual sensitivities to metal, resin, and lacquer vary, please refrain from using the product if it causes discomfort to your skin and consult a dermatologist.
We are not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
* The actual color may differ slightly from the image depending on your monitor, brightness, and screen environment.
〈Care instructions〉
* Please handle with care, as applying strong force may cause damage.
* Be careful not to rub the Kintsugi part vigorously or soak it in water for extended periods, as this may cause it to detach.
When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
* Store away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.
