Milk-tea IPA is a creamy, tea, hoppy, and fruity specialty beer. The beer base is Amber IPA, added oats and Vanilla creates the scent of oat milk mouthfeel. We used Ceylon Black Tea, and we consulted Hong Kong milk tea champion master who specializes in Ceylon black tea. We combined two different kinds of tea and American hops, which give us rich perfume fragrance、slightly fruity and flowery tastes.
