[Synopsis]
Lin Xi, Wyman Wong, WASABI, Tian Hang, Zhou You, Leung Fook Hing, and Chow Pok Hin each paint a picture of scenes unfolding in this small city, or extending to other places, through their distinct stories.
What makes a small city beautiful is the freedom to leave and the freedom to stay; freedom isn't just about shouting and breathing, but also about whispering stories. We don't need to shout ourselves hoarse, to drown out others with louder voices, just to finish telling our own stories. These aren't grand tales of prosperous times, but stories belonging to oneself and others, within this small city... stories of one person, or two. And that is enough.
