As the renowned Hong Kong lyricist Lin Xi once said, "The existence of ghost stories is what makes Hong Kong precious." Local ghost legends often reflect the social conditions, prevailing atmosphere, and unique historical context of their time, making them worthy of documentation and preservation. Through a compilation of a century's worth of Hong Kong folk ghost tales, we hope to explore the city's historical culture and identity with you. "Ghosts" uses "Shokugan" stickers as a medium to interpret Hong Kong's ghost stories. This type of sticker was first included with Japanese snack packaging in 1977, typically measuring 4.8 x 4.8cm, and commonly referred to as "chocolate biscuit stickers," "Shokugan stickers," or "biscuit stickers." In the 80s and 90s, influenced by Japanese pop culture, these "Shokugan stickers" became a collective childhood memory for many Hongkongers. We have systematically organized 100 ghost stories, combining them with Shokugan stickers into a new medium, visually documenting a compendium of monsters belonging to Hong Kong. The project will release 100 Shokugan stickers themed around Hong Kong ghost stories, with each story inspiring a unique monster character and a brief description. The stickers feature special printing effects such as laser flash, hot stamping (gold and silver), to enhance the collectible value of "A Hundred Tales of Hong Kong Ghosts." The "A Hundred Tales of Hong Kong Ghosts" sticker series compiles stories of a hundred local specters, with original illustrations and text vividly interpreting mysterious events. Volume 1 features "HSBC Copper Lions," "Ouija Board," "Station 7," and "Tung Wah Coffin Home Zombie."
