The products undergo multiple oil treatments during creation and before shipping. If the item gets wet, let it air dry in a cool, shaded place. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or dry it with a hairdryer. 2. The natural oils on your hands serve as excellent conditioning. With regular use, the leather will gain a natural luster and gradually become your own personalized piece. 3. If the item will not be used for an extended period, store it in a dry place. Every 2-4 months, apply a leather conditioner or mink oil, then store it in a dust bag or wrap it in undyed white cloth or a cotton t-shirt to prolong its lifespan. 4. Each leather product is unique. Scars or natural grain patterns are normal and a part of the product's character, reflecting the life and habits of the cow. 5. The leather is imported vegetable-tanned cowhide. Slight variations in dye color between batches are normal. 6. For bags: The handles/straps may have a slight color difference from the bag itself.
