How to measure ring size for gifting?
● Measuring Method: Use a thread (like sewing thread) to gently circle the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Refer to the size chart for your equivalent ring size.
● Inform our store staff of the recipient's approximate height and weight; the ring can be adjusted at the store after completion if needed.

**Small classes start with just one person; all sessions are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness for all, any requests to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking must be made at least three days prior to the scheduled session.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The booking may be transferred to another product or course purchase.
● Samples are available for try-on at the store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are possible (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to higher-priced styles are also possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available classroom space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session to try on samples, preventing delays and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials during the workshop. The instructor will first demonstrate and then guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Your creation can be taken home the same day.
**★Face masks are currently required due to the pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe equipment operation.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be canceled in accordance with government advisories for public safety. A new date will be arranged.
