【Important Notes】
■ It is normal for the water tank to contain water as Korean manufacturers conduct tests before shipping.
■ When using the device, it is best to avoid natural mineral water due to its higher impurity content, which can lead to scale buildup over time. We recommend using de-mineralized water (e.g., reverse osmosis water, distilled water) for fewer impurities and cleaner steam, ensuring excellent ironing results.
■ To prolong the product's lifespan, periodically clean out any scale buildup after use.
■ The garment steamer works by heating water to produce steam, which naturally creates a "boiling" sound similar to a kettle. This is a normal operating characteristic.
【How to Clean Scale】
■ Add about 10 grams of citric acid or a few drops of rice vinegar to water, filling the tank to 2/3 capacity.
■ Turn on the power and release steam until the citric acid and water mixture is reduced by half.
■ Turn off the power and wait 10 minutes. Then, completely drain the remaining citric acid and water mixture.
■ Repeat the above steps 2-3 times. For the final cycle, fill with clean water only and release steam.
