You can cut out the pattern or leave it as is. 3. Tear off the bottom white backing paper and place it directly onto the surface you want to transfer it to. 4. Use a blunt object, fingernail, or ruler to apply even pressure and smooth it out. 5. Gently lift a corner of the transparent film to check if the pattern has transferred completely. If there are any patterns left on the film, lay it back down and apply pressure again. 6. Lift the top transparent film, and you're done!
