・Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment. ・A 15-minute grace period will be observed on the day of the class. Arrivals 15 minutes late without prior notification to the instructor will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. ・Should you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons, please message the official Haorui Floral Art LINE account (@igc8211f) the day before your class to discuss rescheduling. Each participant is allowed one reschedule. ・If Haorui Floral Art Studio must cancel a class due to force majeure and rescheduling cannot be agreed upon with the student, a full refund will be provided. ・Each session is expected to last 2-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the arrangement. We recommend not scheduling any tight engagements immediately after the class. ・Preserved flowers and non-wither flowers are natural materials and will have variations in color, texture, and size. These differences are part of the inherent charm of natural materials and are not considered defects. The creative process ensures each piece is unique and cannot be an exact replica of the instructor's finished piece. ・During the class, the instructor may take photos of the crafting process and the finished floral arrangement (if you are shy, please inform us beforehand if you do not wish to be photographed). These images may be used for future brand promotions. ・Preserved floral materials require a dry, well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, to maintain their quality for 1-3 years.
