For children, this activity can train finger dexterity, develop fine motor skills, enhance hand-eye coordination, and improve concentration. For adults, this simple, repetitive, slow-paced action can bring inner peace. The tactile sensation of sanding allows one to appreciate the texture and fineness of the wood, working towards a desired finish. It is a process of self-realization, stress relief, and healing. ✔ Joyful color play: Paint your expression. "It takes a very short time to paint like a master, but a lifetime to learn to paint like a child." / Picasso Children paint based on intuition and rich imagination.
