/order process/
**1. Please go to "Contact Designer" to confirm whether the package can be picked up, so as not to cause trouble for customers to pay and refund.**
2. After confirming that the designer can pick up the piece, please send 1 main photo and 1-2 auxiliary photos. The facial features should be as clear as possible, and the face should not be distorted, deformed, or have only half of the face at the corner of the photo, so that the designer more clearly depicted.
3. Please read the items in the "Screen Confirmation" below, and confirm with the designer before placing an order.
5. The order will be drawn after payment. If the payment is made after 6:00 pm, the working day will start to be counted on the next day (excluding holidays).

/About drawing time and sending time/
1. The number of drawing days for**including two-stage fine-tuning of the final draft**is 7 working days; the busy period for receiving orders (Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.) is 9 working days, all of the above Saturdays and Sundays are not included.
2. The number of days for drawing**No fine-tuning of the draft, direct mail after drawing**is 4 working days; the busy period of order receiving is 6 working days, and the above does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
3. The above drawing time does not include the logistics delivery time, so please remember when you expect to receive the product:
A. If you choose store-to-store, please be sure to add 5 delivery days
B. If you choose mail, please be sure to add 2 days of delivery
(The post office does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays)
C. If you choose home delivery, please be sure to add at least 2 delivery days

1. Background: Mainly based on the background color of the paper - white/off-white.
2. Hair color: Based on the hair color shown in the photo.
3. Clothing: mainly based on photos or specified by customers. If you like the designer's usual color style (grey, blue, Brown, dark green, gray and white and other five neutral colors), you can also tell the designer.
4. Inscription: This is a free service, preferably within 5-8 characters, and one word in English counts as one word.
5. Those who bring their own photo frame can inform the size of the inner frame of the photo frame, and the designer can help to fine-tune the cutting paper so that you can display your collection.
6. Additional purchases: Currently, pets and backgrounds are not drawn. /Precautions/
