3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to arrange a date and confirm seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 offers a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID Number, please provide the company name and Tax ID Number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
