/ Designer & Brand Introduction / "MOYA" (湊襪子) is named for the act of "gathering" or "piecing together" (湊), not to be confused with the word for stinky tofu (臭). Our socks are composed of three distinct elements, hence the name "MOYA" (Gathered Socks). With independent pattern-making and special materials, customers are often surprised to learn these are socks at first glance. Their exceptional elasticity and unique fabric make them suitable for all ages, with sizing based solely on length, not conventional S/M/L. They can be styled to appear longer or shorter, complementing any outfit. Paired with MOYA's custom-designed boxes, our socks offer a touch of playful charm. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, aiming to bring an involuntary smile to your face upon receiving them. We’ve also extended this creativity to other accessories, utilizing the same super-elastic sock material to create hair ties and headbands.
