Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches incurred during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within the scope of normal range, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid such marks, except for major scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not possess the perfect uniformity of machine-made items, it carries a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with use, the leather will develop personal scratches and a patina, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, lending each leather piece its unique charm. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, batches of leather can vary in color due to different production times or storage periods. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from two separate orders will not be identical; please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is a **custom-ordered item**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed. Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "customized products" are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
