Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining the unique marks and patterns from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or production are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-made items but possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between batches due to different arrival times or storage periods. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," at the time of order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
