Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, preserving the unique grain and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production; these are considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid large scars and will not avoid minor marks. Please consider this if you are concerned. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between batches due to different arrival times or storage durations. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period.
