1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. If you select a laser-engraved option, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming the engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides a standard receipt. If you require a receipt with a company's uniform invoice number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
