We are committed to preserving the natural character of the leather without covering these natural marks with chemical coatings. 2. The color of natural leather can vary slightly under different lighting conditions. Both camera and computer screen displays may show minor discrepancies. We use high-quality Hasselblad cameras to capture colors as accurately as possible, minimizing color differences. 3. It's normal for leather to get scratched during use, much like accidentally scratching our skin. This is especially true for vegetable-tanned leather, where marks are more apparent. However, with prolonged use, friction from your fingers, or the natural oils from your hands, these marks can fade or even disappear. This process is what gives the leather its character over time, making it smoother and more lustrous. 4. Leather can be regularly maintained with leather oil. This is normal, and regular polishing will restore its shine. 2. Generally, silver should be stored in an airtight bag to minimize air exposure. However, it will still gradually yellow over time, and polishing will bring back its original brilliance. 3. Clean silver jewelry by rubbing it back and forth with a silver polishing cloth. The black residue on the cloth is normal and indicates it's working. Do not use water, as it can damage the polishing agents. 4.
