This is a single earring crafted by connecting teardrop-shaped ancient glazed quartz, indigo blue antique beads, and old Orissa brass.
The ancient quartz was unearthed in Afghanistan and dates back to the Roman era, approximately 1500 years ago. It features a glaze with visible blue patterns, creating a beautifully textured teardrop shape.
It possesses a glistening, melting ice-like appearance.
(Size of ancient glazed quartz: 1.1cm length, 0.9cm width, 0.6cm thickness)
The indigo blue beads are antique beads known as Indo-Pacific beads.
The origin of beads called Indo-Pacific beads is said to be the 2nd century BC.
These particular beads are excavated items from Indonesia, dating back to around the 10th century – over 1000 years old!
The golden beads are old Orissa brass, rare and ancient beads from the Orissa state of India.
The double spiral rings and small beads in between are Karen silver.
The thin wire connecting them is also silver.
The French hook is stamped with "925" on silver925. The flower-shaped parts are also silver.
This single earring allows you to enjoy the radiance and breath of ancient times.
