**｜Refund Instructions｜**
・Students who have already registered cannot cancel their registration. Please find a substitute class by yourself.
・If the number of applicants does not reach the number of participants, TwoFish has the right to cancel the experience and notify you of a refund.
・Students who are "not-arrived/late" on the experience day cannot be refunded.
・The experience day "has not arrived", only materials that can be brought back (not including public materials/tools) can be provided, so it may not be possible to complete the work by yourself.
・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, TwoFish will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.

**｜Event Rules｜**
・Please abide by the venue rules/cooperate with the teacher's instructions. If any damage is caused by violation, the students should be responsible for it.
・Due to personal negligence during the process, material production errors/damages are caused, and materials need to be repurchased to continue production.
・The event is not a one-on-one class. If you have any questions during the course, please ask on the spot. Bad comments/refunds after the course will not be accepted.
・Hand-made activities require students to learn to do it by themselves, and the teacher can only demonstrate/help appropriately!!!

**｜Classroom Rules｜**
・Accompaniment and video recording are prohibited during the course.
・This experience adopts small class system
・Before entering the classroom, each student is required to "body temperature check" and hand "alcohol disinfection".
・"Wear a mask"/"No food and drink" (including water) throughout the course
・If you need drinking water, you can drink it outside the classroom.
・Ultraviolet disinfection is used in classrooms every day to maintain a clean environment.
