After our skilled artisans select and polish the material, every seal we create becomes one-of-a-kind. If you wish to select a specific piece, please message us prior to placing your order to view available inventory. We also offer custom sizing for your seals. Each seal comes with a storage cloth pouch and a portable leather case. If you prefer eco-friendly, minimalist packaging, please note this in your order. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 5 business days. Custom engraving services require an additional 15 business days. 【Engraving Service Details】 1. Our master artisans perform all engraving by hand using sandblasting techniques. If you require engraving, please specify "Name/Font" in your order notes. 2. The fonts are designed by our artisans and are not computer-generated like those commonly found elsewhere, therefore we do not provide design drafts. 3. Upon completion, we will send you a photo for confirmation of the seal and the engraved characters before shipment. 4. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error in the engraving.
