"Slow-Flow Immersion Dripper"
The Nautilus Coffee Dripper utilizes biomimetic design, with its "ribs" inspired by the curved, rotating lines of a nautilus shell's chambers. The double-helix design of the ribs enhances water agitation. When the water level reaches approximately 60-70% during brewing, the flow rate decreases, extending the contact time and surface area between water and coffee grounds, yielding a rich and sweet coffee flavor.
The stray cat edition dripper's body is fired at 1235°C in a gas kiln. The single-line Sanshing Four Seasons Blue and white glaze creates a minimalist, elegant, and uniquely functional piece.
3% of proceeds from this dripper are donated to the Stray Cat Rescue Project fund, covering medical expenses, food, and sterilization.
Works from the Sanshing Four Seasons Blue and white studio have consecutively won the "Cultural and Creative Boutique Award" and the "GOLDEN PIN DESIGN AWARD" for two terms. Our vessels pursue the simple, authentic feel of handmade craftsmanship, created by artisans using our original blue and white dyeing technique. Our studio space has also received the German iF Design Award and Japan's GOOD DESIGN AWARD.
