Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches are inevitable and will be considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for significant blemishes. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfect precision of machine-made items. However, it possesses a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a luster, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, which makes each leather product uniquely charming. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, there can be variations in leather color between different batches, due to varying storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb color differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is made to order as a "customized" product. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when ordering. If no customization is specified, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that "online customization" can seem risky, so if you have specific standards, it is safer to purchase from a physical store.
