Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique markings and imperfections from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches during processing, shipping, and crafting are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. With respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major damage. Please consider this if you are sensitive to these natural characteristics. The finished product may not be as perfect as machine-produced items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a lustrous sheen, gradually revealing a unique character. This is the nature of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between batches due to different production dates or storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders; please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization (No Appreciation Period. No Returns or Exchanges) This item is made to order as a "customized" product. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching" and "embossed text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching" selected by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
