・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us "at least 3 days in advance" to arrange a new session time.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions "within 2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.

・As instructors prepare materials and venues in advance, "on the day of the class," no refunds or postponements will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture of the session.
