Once sold out, it will be replaced with the cedarwood used for the wooden-base mini trees. Using imported Japanese floral materials, they can last at least one year (average 2-3 years) in a suitable environment. Natural fading over time is normal. 2. Please place in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Gently brush off any dust with a soft brush. Product Craftsmanship: 1. Due to the natural variations in growth, the appearance, size, and color of floral materials will differ. Their placement will also be adjusted as needed. Each item is unique and cannot be an exact replica of the photos, which serve as style references. 2. Various fruits and decorative elements are seasonal. If an item is out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar style without prior notice. 3. If wooden slice decorations are included, the patterns will be shipped randomly. 4. As each item is entirely handmade, there may be a 1-2cm margin of error in size. We recommend measuring your space beforehand to ensure suitability. Additional Information: 1. Photos have been taken to represent the actual colors as closely as possible, but color variations may occur depending on your device screen. 2. Floral materials are consumables. Please order with care, as returns are not accepted after purchase. 3. Shipping Notice: * We take great care in packaging and protecting items for courier delivery. However, due to the delicate nature of floral materials, minor shedding may occur, which is considered normal. * All courier deliveries will be shipped in cardboard boxes with protective packaging for the floral materials. * To prevent shifting during transit, internal packaging may be used within the gift box for secure placement. This can be removed upon receipt if the item is intended as a gift. * Please record an unboxing video and take photos upon receiving your item. Notify us immediately if there are any issues. * To contribute to environmental sustainability, we utilize clean, recycled cardboard boxes for shipping.
