【Notes】
● Please bring your own basic wool felt tools or purchase them on behalf of others. Other tools are available for loan on site: small scissors, awl, beading needles, glue
●Students can bring their own boxes to pack their works. It is normal for fine hairs to form due to friction and they can be trimmed with small scissors.
●Everyone has a different speed of completion, so please follow the teacher’s steps. The method will be taught carefully in class, and you can take the details home to refine them.
●Different courses may be held at the same time. If the total number of students on the day reaches 3, the course can be started smoothly.
●In order to maintain quality, we do not accept auditing, visiting, accompanying, or two people working together to produce a work.
●Agree that the organizer of the event may have the need for side-view photography and that event records will be exposed on the Internet platform.
●No further notice will be given before class. Please remember the time and place by yourself.
【Course Cancellation Rules】
Cancelled by classmates
●In order to maintain the quality of teaching and the rights of other students, no refund will be given regardless of the reason.
●Students can cancel the course once. If they cancel again, the materials package will be sent directly instead.
●Cancellation time:
15 days before the class date: You can keep the fee and transfer it to any other course (you can make up the difference).
Cancellation within 14 days before the class date (including the day of the class): $600*total number of classes will be deducted from the reserved amount.
Cancellation within 3 days before the class date (including the day of the class): half of the course fee will be deducted from the reserved amount, and the materials package will be sent instead.
Cancellation on the day of class: No fees will be retained and the materials package will be sent directly instead.
●If you are late for or leave early for more than 1/3 of the total class time, it will be considered as an absence and you will be denied admission. Please be sure to notify us in advance to cancel.
●If all consecutive classes are cancelled, the first day's class time will prevail.
● If you need to make up for the missed class during the course, the fee will be charged by the hour ($200/hr).
●Due to the large number of courses and irregular schedules, students are requested to make reservations by private messaging on the social platform. We will not proactively notify you of make-up classes.
●All cancellation times will be calculated based on the time when the student contacts customer service.
Cancellation due to other reasons
●If the organizer cancels the course, the students will be contacted to postpone or refund the course.
●If either the place of residence or the place of class announces a suspension of classes due to a natural disaster (such as a typhoon), the course will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
