No Equipment Needed | All tools and materials are provided by the studio.
Light Snacks Welcome | Morning sessions may include small snacks; tea and water are available.
Limited Spots | Due to space constraints, we cannot accommodate observers, children, friends, or pets.
Rescheduling Policy | If you need to reschedule due to feeling unwell, please message us at least 3 business days before the class (excluding the class day). We will assist with adjustments; late requests cannot be accommodated.

【Cancellation】
Cancellations made three days before the class starts will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within three days of the class start will incur a 50% handling fee.
【Rescheduling】
You may notify us to reschedule or transfer your booking up to three days before the class starts. However, date changes and transfers are limited to one instance.
Rescheduled or transferred classes cannot be canceled or refunded.
【No-Show】
No refunds or post-event rescheduling will be offered for no-shows or if no prior notification of rescheduling or cancellation is received via Pinkoi message.
【Other】In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Douba will proactively contact you for postponement or refund.
