Xinzhuang Li Ying Pop-Up Book Limited Edition

This pop-up book was specially designed for new immigrants in the Xinzhuang area, aiming to help them seamlessly integrate into the community. Arriving in a new environment, new immigrants are like children, needing to adapt to different languages, cultures, and lifestyles. These differences can bring unease and anxiety, sometimes leaving them feeling lost and helpless. To alleviate this situation, we created the "Xinzhuang Li Ying" pop-up book, combining pop-up illustrations with bilingual descriptions in Mandarin and English. We hope to capture the interest of new immigrants, allowing them to discover the Xinzhuang area at a pleasant, relaxed pace, thereby reducing the tension caused by adapting to a new environment. The book features six themes, including Xinzhuang's only Catholic university, its first department store, the cultural heritage of Xinzhuang Temple Street, Xinzhuang's oldest temple, local specialties, and an amusement park, showcasing the unique charm of the Xinzhuang community from multiple perspectives. Each "Xinzhuang Li Ying" is meticulously assembled and adhered by hand. It will not be mass-produced and is currently released in a limited, small batch. Once sold out, it will be out of print, making it highly collectible. This October, "Xinzhuang Li Ying" proudly received second place in the Industry-Academia Collaboration category at the Golden Print Award in Taiwan, further affirming its unique appeal.
