The goods are made of natural bamboo, so it’s normal to have slight color difference and bamboo grain. Actual colors may vary. Returns, replacements & refunds 1. Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery 2. To return or replace products, please repackage it for our delivery partners to collect. 3. Refunds of return include product fee and delivery fee. 4. The delivery of replacement will be covered by GUDEE. 5. In the case of non-defective products, stains, abrasion, odor or damage caused by the use of product will not be accepted for return or replacement. Maintenance 1. To remove the dust, please use a dust mite or a clean dry cotton cloth. 2. Oil can be applied for regular maintenance. 3. To avoid molds or cracks, please do not place our products in a damp place or expose them under rain. If the product is moldy, please wipe it with a dry cloth and store it in a cool & dry place. Warranty 1. One-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to normal indoor use. The quality assurance covers: bamboo frames, chair legs and parts. 2. If the product is damaged under warranty, please contact us and provide the complete product with accessories, inner and outer packaging and original purchase certificate. If the product meets the normal use conditions and the product warranty conditions, the goods will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent items, no return/payment will be provided.
