|Before You Buy|
◆ Each piece is purely handmade, with slight measurement errors. Please consider carefully if precise dimensions are crucial.
◆ Due to variations in glazing techniques and firing temperatures, each ceramic piece possesses unique textures, lines, spots, and crackles. Therefore, even items within the same series cannot be made identically.
◆ The crackles in ceramic products are formed during the firing process. Combined with the natural porous nature of the clay, if dark tea is frequently stored and used over time, the tea's color will naturally seep into the crackles, deepening their texture and forming a unique piece. If you prefer to avoid this transformation, for light-colored pieces and before first use, we recommend heating them in rice water over low heat for 20-30 minutes. The starch will fill the pores, reducing color absorption.
◆ You may notice small white spots on the bottom of the ceramic pieces. This is the ceramic clay used to support the base during firing. When demolded, some clay may adhere to the bottom. The product photos show the item in its original state. The white ceramic clay at the bottom will be slightly smoothed before formal shipment. If you are extremely detail-oriented, please contact us for confirmation before placing an order!
◆ Product liability insurance is covered: Policy number 1516-15PD63887.
