Vintage Bavarian embossed teacup and saucer with floral design and gold tones made by Edelstein. Edelstein Porzellanfabrik was founded in 1919 in Küps, Bavaria by Julius Edelstein, producing fine porcelain teacups and dinnerware. Known for elegant floral and gilded designs, the company flourished in the 1920s–1960s. After WWII recovery, production continued until the factory closed in the late 20th century. The mark on this set indicates it was produced between 1929 and 1972.
It is in fairly good condition with some wear on the gold and surface marks on the saucer. The saucer also has a little production flaw (the little black dot in the photographs). The photographs are a part of the description.
