Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks are generally made of "Japanese pure copper," which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, there are no allergy concerns. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it may be due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells may easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, but it is certainly not solely due to the earring hook material. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital to clarify the cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings with no customer reports of allergic reactions. Can they be converted later? What is the cost? A: Yes, they can be converted. 😊 We offer basic after-sales service: "Ear Studs to Clip-ons (Free)" "Clip-ons to Ear Studs (Free)" Simply mail the item you wish to convert back to us, along with $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ Items will not be shipped back without the return postage or cash. We will then begin crafting your custom order! Is it really made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: It is currently not technically possible to create such intricate items using acrylic. All our pieces are handcrafted. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or bathing in hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long will it take to ship after placing an order? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays as we participate in market events. As we primarily operate through market stalls and the postal service does not deliver on weekends, all items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
