Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when the product is new. Avoid wearing it with light-colored clothing upon first use. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are preserved on the surface and back of the leather. This natural leather, intentionally crafted to showcase its inherent qualities, results in a unique and one-of-a-kind piece. ◾️ Color Variation As the leather is finished using only dyes and no pigments, color adjustment is challenging, leading to inevitable variations. Even within the same color, there can be differences. This dye finish contributes to the authentic, natural character of the leather. ◾️ Variation in Texture and Grain The grain refers to the wrinkled pattern on the leather surface. The density of this pattern can vary across a single hide, with some areas showing more pronounced grain than others. These natural variations are part of the charm of genuine leather. ◾️ Markings of Italian Leather The numbers on the reverse side are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide. Each hide is stamped once with these numbers, which add a unique character. These markings are typically found on high-quality sections and are left as they are. Occasionally, these numbers may appear on the product. Personally, I find items with these markings quite appealing. ◾️ Water Stains The leather can absorb water, potentially leading to stains. Wiping off any moisture as soon as possible can help prevent this. Applying Ranapure Leather Treatment can provide water-repellent properties. ◾️ Strae These are linear patterns or wrinkles that appear in areas of significant muscle movement and stretching. They are a distinctive characteristic of natural leather and are not indicative of cracking or splitting. ◾️ Luxurious Full Leather Construction Without Lining Typical leather goods often use thinly processed leather bonded with core materials for strength, and feature an inner lining. However, linings can degrade over time, becoming sticky or peeling. To ensure longevity, this bag is constructed using only substantial leather, leveraging its inherent thickness and strength, without an inner lining. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN benefits from oil treatment to enhance its longevity, luster, and develop a rich patina over time. Apply oil to the bag approximately every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Ranapure, available in our online store. Ranapure is a leather treatment that conditions, adds shine, and provides water repellency. Leather accessories, due to frequent contact, naturally develop a lustrous color change without additional treatment. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a defect in the product. In the event of damage or defects caused by shipping accidents, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it at our expense. ◾️ Delivery Time As all items are made to order, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for small items and 3-4 weeks for bags.
