1. Each workshop session begins with a minimum of 2 participants and has a maximum capacity of 5. If the minimum participant number is not met for a session, it will be canceled. 2. As we need to prepare materials and handouts in advance, cancellations and refunds are not accepted within 3 days of the workshop. However, you may reschedule for a different date; changes are limited to one instance. 3. Our studio space is limited. To ensure a comfortable crafting experience for participants, accompanying guests who are not registered for the workshop are kindly asked not to join or participate. 4. Entry is permitted 15 minutes before the workshop begins. To ensure the smooth flow of the experience, please avoid being late. 5. Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages incurred due to non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant. 6. In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, based on Taichung City Government's class suspension announcements) preventing the workshop from proceeding, the studio will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling, a refund, or an alternative class date. 7. Photos and videos of the crafting process and final products may be taken during the workshop and shared on the studio's social media channels. We will inquire in advance. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us at the workshop. Thank you.
