【Number of Participants】
1. Feel free to sign up even if you're alone. Classes will be held even if there's only one person at that time slot (maximum of four people per time slot). Couples should place an order for 2 slots.
2. You can choose your preferred time slot from the list (Weekday slots: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM, and 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM. Weekend slots are in the afternoon).

【Getting Here】
1. For Tainan locals, you can ride a scooter or drive. Across from McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Walk straight for 60 meters, and you'll see the "Handmade Poetry" sign (don't go to the riverside path in front, although the pink flowering maple trees are beautiful). If you need parking, there's a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe nearby.
2. For visitors from out of town, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If you're taking a city bus, take bus number 5 from the train station and get off at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right next to the large tree). If you're taking the tourist bus number 99 or the high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit further. You'll need to get off at Yanping Junwang Shrine, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road and then Jiankang Road, and crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Helpful Reminders】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the e-ticket from PINKOI and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are allowed to be present. Those without tickets may not participate in the experience.
4. For DIY craft courses, two people cannot share one set of materials if only one person has registered.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or errors occur during the process due to personal oversight, participants can purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please cancel your ticket and re-purchase. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance).
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (Refunds are not possible on the day of the event as per regulations).
9. During the experience, "Handmade Poetry" will take photos and videos of the event, which will be uploaded to the "Handmade Poetry" Facebook fan page or Instagram event page after the activity. Photos containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or other promotional purposes in the future. Participants can download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will take note and arrange accordingly.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoon-related closures), "Handmade Poetry" will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If there are unavoidable circumstances, it is recommended to contact the metalworking instructor to reschedule, but this is limited to one instance).
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, only additional charges will be handled, not refunds.
