【Workshop Designs】
Shiou Handmade Serene Landscape Sterling Silver Ring (Sterling silver round wire, available in 2mm or 2.5mm diameter. Engraving available, no patterns, closed band.)

【Getting Here】
1. For friends in Tainan: You can ride a motorcycle or drive. Opposite the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there is a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Walk straight for 60 meters to find the "Shiou Handmade" sign (don't wander towards the riverside path in front; the pink flowering maple trees are beautiful, though). If you need parking, there's a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO cafe nearby.
2. For friends visiting from out of town: A taxi from the train station takes about 10 minutes. If you're taking a city bus, take bus number 5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the big tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk; you'll need to get off at Yanping Junwang Ci Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road leads to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Helpful Reminders】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the experience class e-ticket from PINKOI and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years or older.
3. Due to limited space and for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area. Unregistered guests may not participate.
4. For craft workshops, two people may not share one set of materials after registering as a single participant.
5. If materials are mistakenly made or damaged due to personal oversight during the process, participants can purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue crafting. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and repurchase your ticket. (Kindly do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the event. Punctuality is appreciated to ensure you have your full experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the event.)
9. During the experience class, "Shiou Handmade" will take photos and videos, which will be uploaded to the "Shiou Handmade" event page on Facebook or Instagram after the activity. Photos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other promotional materials in the future. Participants are welcome to download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements to avoid capturing your image.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (such as typhoons leading to class suspensions), "Shiou Handmade" will proactively contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.
2. For refunds requested due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If there are unavoidable circumstances, we recommend contacting the metalworking instructor to reschedule, with a limit of one rescheduling.)
3. Refunds will not be granted within 5 days of the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, only additional payments for upgrades or differences can be made; refunds are not provided.
